Hello inquiring client. I am a state certified peer support specialist and coach with three years of experience working with people in the community who experience mental health challenges, adverse life conditions, developmental disabilities, and neurodivergence, and substance use. As a peer / coach, working primarily with people who are experiencing plurality, dissociative disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder, I enjoy helping. Trauma informed person-centered approach is what I do. I am also a nationally certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor. I enjoy working with therapeutic art within groups and individuals as I am a certified therapeutic art life coach as well.

Though my story started with my own lived experiences, the toughest lessons ever, I am currently an older college student working on my social work degree.

Consent is everything. What you want in life is primary. How to get there is what we can talk about together. Life is a journey and sometimes having someone to work through the details is more helpful than going it alone.
